Pakistani-American Lashkar-e-Taiba operative David Coleman Headley today revealed to a Mumbai court that two attempts to attack Mumbai prior to 26/11 failed to materialise. Headley said that he took directions regarding the Mumbai attacks from Jamaat-ud-Dawah chief Hafiz Saeed, adding that he met two majors from Pakistan's intelligence agency who wanted to source information regarding India.
